Rupert Kingston - Partner

 

Rupert has lived in Hong Kong, London and Paris, having studied and worked as an architect in London he has worked on luxury residential projects for over 20 years. This year, 2024 he is working on projects in London, Mauritius and La Reunion in the Indian Ocean.

Matthew Smith - Partner

 

Matthew brings his wealth of construction experience to the group. In 2012 he founded DMR Property Services and has completed a vast array of projects, from new builds to extensions, basements to lofts, complex brickwork and stone work, home automation as well as sensitive listed and restoration works. His construction knowledge and site management skills are exceptional.

 

"For me, knowing how to do the job you're expecting members of your team to perform is really important, I like to being thorough in my work, researching and knowing the product is vital."

Antonio Miranda - Partner

Antonio has a background in specialist glass products and architectural joinery. In 2015 he founded his own workshop and now manages a team of 14 joiners and cabinet makers.

 

Making and installing fabulous furniture, often in unfamiliar destinations, is no easy feat, Antonio’s calm nature and organised approach makes for a smooth journey.

"It's not just in the details, there's the materials and how they're machined, treated and finished you have to ask is this as good as it can be, and of course you can't underestimate the planning!"

Matthew Serrier - Partner

Matthieu is a qualified French architect with a background in residential new builds and imaginative conversions. He founded Studio Erskine in 2015 and has been a key part in our French projects.  

His knowledge of legislation and building techniques as well as his extensive network of loyal artisans has been crucial to our work. 

"The drawings will only get you so far, after that it's down to how you communicate with the artisan, of course the skill of the artisan and their relationship with the designer is also important."
